Food for thought

Buffalo Chicken Rolls
1 C. diced cooked chicken breast
1/2 C. crumbled blue cheese
2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C. hot sauce (Frank’s)
4 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled

Simple modification, so I used mozzarella cheese and only 1 Tbsp. butter and then I used croissant rolls to make these. Soooo good.

    Admittedly, I’m not the best chef in the world, so I have a few clarifications on your recipe. It sounds like you’re altering an original recipe, so prior to using croissant rolls to make these, what was the original? Are you referring to uncooked croissants that your roll the ingredients into and bake (and at what temp)? Or is it fresh croissants that you slice open and fill with these ingredients….and warm (again, what temp)?

    Sounds yummy, but I’m not feeling like I have the entire picture.
